Who can Apply?

• Male & Female Candidates who passed Full Time MBA/PG-Diploma (Marketing or HR) in 2017, 2018 or 2019

• Candidates who finished MBA through correspondence or distance learning are not eligible to apply.

What is the Job Profile?

• You would be working as a Trainee Event Leader

• You would be required to Travel along with the Travelers and help in smooth operations of the Event

• You would be required to work along with the teams in organizing the events at different levels

• Events are categorized into the Following departments, You would be working in any one of the department:

1. Event Planning: This Team Formulates the Event from Start to End

2. Event Organizing: This Team Finalizes the Event Venue, Suppliers, Decorators etc

3. Event Marketing: This team handles Both Online & Offline Marketing Plan & Execution

4. Event Handling: This team remain present on the Event Venue on the Day of the Event and Handles all ifs and Buts during the Event.

What are the Remuneration / Salary & Perks?

• During OJT (On the Job Training), All the Candidates are offered a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- per Month + a Sharing basis Accommodation

• Post successful completion of OJT, All the Candidates are offered a CTC of INR 6,00,000/- per Annum

• During OJT & Post OJT all the candidates gets to Attend & Enjoy all the Events and Travel Excursions

• Performance based Perks and Incentives are offered Every Quarter

What is the Selection Process?

• Applicant's Answering 6 or More answers correctly, will be eligible to Attend a Group Discussion and Personal Interview At our Office

• Candidates who pass through the GD & PI, will be asked to Join

• Candidates will initially go through a 3 Months of OJT which is the Probation Period As well

• Candidates Successfully completing the OJT, will be working as Full Time Employees with the company.

How Many Vacancies are Available?

As we are scaling Up and Majorly have 2 Divisions, namely Events & Travel. We are Looking out for around 120 Fresh MBAs All-together for both the Divisions and different departments

What is the Joining Date?

All the successful candidates will Join us from 5th August 2019 at our Greater Noida Office

Online Exam Details:

What is the Exam Syllabus?

• Through this Online Exam, we wish to find Employees who can think out of the Box and come up with Easy, Innovative & Quick Ideas & Solutions

• All the Questions in the Exam would be based on Everyday Logics of Life with simple calculations. So there is no prescribed syllabus.

• Still for your help you can search google or youtube about Logical Interview Questions. 

How Many Questions would be asked in Online Exam?

There would be only 10 (Ten) Questions in the Online Exam.

What is the Passing Marks?

Applicant's who can solve 6 or more questions out of the 10 will be called up for the Group Discussion

Questions would be Objective (Multiple Choice-Answer) or Descriptive (Explanatory)?

• It is not just about the Correct Answers, the Exam is about how have you reached to the answer. 

• It is a Descriptive (Explanatory) Exam. You will have to Type in Your answers with the explanation or calculations used to reach your answer. 

How tough Would be the Questions?

• Lower is your Logical Thinking Tougher the Questions

• Logical Thinking is your way of thinking, so the toughness of the questions would depend upon your think Process.

How Many Times an Applicant can Appear in the Exam?

An Applicant can write the Exam Twice only with separate registrations.

What is the Schedule for the Online Exam?

• Starting from 15th June 2019, Online Exam will be Scheduled for a Batch of 150 Candidates.

• Every Day (Monday to Friday), Online Exam will be conducted at a Fixed time for all the applicants

• Schedule and when an applicant can write the online exam will be emailed 5 Days prior to the exam with Exam Login Id & Password

• Online Exams will be Held Everyday between 15th June 2019 till 25th June 2019.

Is there Any Demo Exam Available before the Actual Exam?

• Registered Applicants can take the demo online exam starting from 12th June 2019.

• Demo Exam would give the Feel and Essence of the Actual Exam

Where can I Take the Exam?

• 2 Hours before the Online Exam Time, An email containing the link would be mailed to the Applicants

• Applicants need to click on the Link and appear in the exam

• Applicants can write the exam from any part of the world either on their mobile phone or computer / laptops

• We would suggest a Good Internet and Laptop or Computer for the Exam.

What is the Result Declaration Date?

• Results will be declared within 48 Hours from the Time of the Exam Taken by the Applicant.

• Results will be declared via Email and also Available on our website.

What is the Online Exam Fee?

Rs 250/- only (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only) is the Examination Fee per Applicant per Attempt

Exam Fee Refund or Adjustment or Transferred to other Applicant?

Exam Fee is non-refundable & can not be transferred to other Applicant

Form Submission & Details?

• At this stage, we do not wish to collect your resume, photo etc. All such materials would be required at the time of GD & PI

• You need to fill simple details. Mention your correct Name, Email and Mobile Number carefully.

• Name, Email, Mobile Number filled in at this stage will only be considered till the final selection for communications and identity description of the applicant
