Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to Cancel & Raise for a Refund:

• Call or WhatsApp on +91-8860 677 679 or Send an Email info@bunktribe.com between 10 a.m to 6 p.m, if you wish to cancel the ticket.

Terms of Cancellation:

• Travelers can cancel the tickets at 3% Penalty upto 48 Hours prior to the start of the journey. 3% is the transaction charge levied by the payment gateway and not by Bunk Tribe.

• If any Traveler is canceling the ticket, between 0-48 Hours prior to the start of the journey, a penalty surcharge of 10% would be deducted.

• No cancellations, after the start of the journey will be entertained.

Terms of Refunds:

• Refunds will be calculated after the deduction of the amount of penalty.

• Refunds will be transferred into the same debit / credit card used for the Booking of the Tickets.

• Refund of the cancelled amount reaches into your account anytime between 20-25 Days from the date of cancellation.

 

Air Travel Cancellation:

• Once the Air Tickets are booked, the Charges can not be refunded. Please do not ask for the Same. As the Airlines do not refund anything.

Train Travel Cancellation:

• Train Tickets cancelled would be refunded as per the IRCTC laws and time frame

 

International Travels Cancellation:

• Zero Refund of Air Tickets, Visa Fee, and Any other Regulatory Fee if involved

• We are required to pay 25% of the Advance Payments to the Hotels and Transports. 25% paid to such vendors can not be claimed as a refund.
